维思通与氯丙嗪对精神分裂患者脑电图的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨维思通与氯丙嗪对精神分裂患者脑电图的影响。方法:收治脑电图异常的精神分裂患者64例,随机分为维思通组与氯丙嗪组,比较两组脑电图异常率、PANSS评分、TESS评分情况。结果:治疗后维思通组脑电图异常率为53.1%,明显低于氯丙嗪组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PANSS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),维思通组治疗后PANSS评分低于氯丙嗪组(P<0.05)。治疗后维思通组TESS评分低于氯丙嗪组(P<0.05)。结论:与氯丙嗪相比,维思通能更好地改善精神分裂患者脑电图的异常状况和临床症状,不良反应较小。Objective:To investigate the effects of risperidone and chlorpromazine on the electroencephalogr of patients withschizophrenia.Methods:64cases of patients with schizophrenia and abnormal EEG were divided into the risperidone group and thechlorpromazine group randomly.The EEG abnormal rate,PANSS scores and TESS scores in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the EEG abnormal rate of the risperidone group was53.1%,which was significantly lower than that of thechlorpromazine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PANSS scores of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The PANSS scores of the risperidone group after treatment was lower than that of the chlorpromazine group(P<0.05).The TESS scores of the risperidone group after treatment was lower than that of the chlorpromazine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with chlorpromazine,risperidone could improve the EEG abnormal status and clinical symptoms of patients withschizophrenia and less adverse reactions.
