武术段位制教程之自卫防身术在河南省普通高校开设的实践性问题研究

摘　　要：随着高校学生自我安全意识的提高和社会各界对学生安全问题的关注,高校开设自卫防身术等课程成为了必然选择。而作为我国武术段位制教程之一的自卫防身术,以其内容设计合理、教学方法科学、考核标准规范等优势,成为高校开设自卫防身术课程的首选。文章采取问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法,以河南省部分高校为研究对象,以高校如何开设自卫防身术课程为内容,分别从自卫防身术课程开设的优势、应当关注的问题等方面进行详细的论述,从而为自卫防身术课程在高校的普及进行大胆尝试和研究,也将对推进我国武术段位制的开展提供有益的探索。With the increase of College Students' self safety consciousness and concerns on the issue of the safety of students from all sectors of society, opening the self-defense courses has become the inevitable choice. Self-defense, as one of the Chinese Wushu Duan system tutorial, has the advantage of reasonable design, scientific teaching method, standard assessment and becomes the initial choice for the colleges and universities. The paper, using the method of questionnaire investigation, expert interview, mathematical statistics, with some colleges and universities in Henan Province as the research object, and self-defense courses for the content,respectively illustrates the self-defense course advantages and some focused affairs. The paper aims at exploring and studying selfdefense courses in colleges and universities, as well as promoting Chinese Wushu Duan system.
