摘 要:文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法及经验总结法在"一主多副"多元化教学内涵进行深入认识的基础上,重点对其教学内容在跆拳道课程运用意义与教学内容设计、准备及组织进行探索。文章在大纲规定内容基础上,融入理论知识、文化与精神、民间体育游戏、其他技术及套路内容,通过多媒体网络进行教学内容准备与组织,采用课内与课外相结合进行和谐、融洽的交流,提高"一主多副"多元化教学内容跆拳道课程中的有效性,为高校跆拳道课程教学改革提供参考。By taking the methods of literature review,experts interviews and experience summary, and understanding the content of the 'one master and more deputy' diversified teaching method,this paper focuses on its meaning in Taekwondo class, the teaching content design, preparation and organization. On the basis of the contents of the outline, the paper integrates the theoretical knowledge, culture and spirit, folk sports games, other technology and routine content to prepare and organize the teaching content by using the multimedia network and combines the class teaching and extra-curricular to communicate harmoniously. This paper also wants to improve the effectiveness of 'one main and more assistant' diversified teaching content and to provide a reference for the reform of College taekwondo.
