摘  要:目的:探讨医护协同教学模式在重症监护专科护士培训中的应用效果,提升在职icu护士的理论、操作技能水平以及应急抢救等事件的综合分析及处理能力。方法:选取2015年1~12月我院神经外科监护室46名临床护士为研究对象,随机等分为试验组和对照组,分别运用医护协同模式与传统教学方法实施培训,通过对学员的总体评价、护理技能掌握情况、常用仪器掌握情况进行比较。结果:相对于传统教学方法,医护协同模式在三项考核指标中均表现出较为明显的效果,具有统计学意义(P<〇.05),教学效率明显提高。结论:医护协同模式教学是一种行之有效的教学方法,值得推广使用。Objective:To explore the effect of the collaborative care teaching models in the training of specialized nurses at ICU,therefore to enhance thecomprehensive analysis and processing ability of ICU nurses in theory,operation skill level and emergency rescue.Methods:Selected46clinical nurses inthe Department of Neurosurgery from January2015to December2015with weight ofand randomly divided them into experimental group and control group.The training model and the traditional teaching method were used to carry out the training respectively.Compared the situation through the overall evaluationof the students,master situation of nursing skills and the use of commonly used instruments.Results:Compared with the traditional teaching methods,thecollaborative care teaching models showed obvious effect in the three indexes,which had statistical significance(P<0.05).The teaching efficiency wasobviously improved.Conclusion:Collaborative care teaching model is an effective teaching method,which is worth popularizing.
