摘　　要：生酮饮食与其他疗法联合应用于动物恶性肿瘤模型的治疗时疗效良好,近年来得到了较多关注,国内外一些指导性文献均强调了这一新趋势。本文对生酮饮食联合酮体、高压氧、运动、维生素D、二甲双胍、放化疗等治疗相关文献进行全面追踪。探讨生酮饮食联合其他疗法在肿瘤治疗中的应用,归纳其联合应用的作用机制及临床应用的前景,为侵袭性或晚期肿瘤患者提供新的治疗选择依据。表明了生酮饮食联合其他治疗可以抑制动物模型的肿瘤生长,但仍需大量的前瞻性研究证明其在临床应用的可行性。The ketogenic diet in combination with other therapies has got benefitted in animal xenograft models,attractedmore attentions in recent years,some domestic and foreign literatures have emphasized this new trend.In this paper,we reviewedthe related literatures about ketogenic diet combined with ketone ester,high-pressure oxygen,exercise,vitamin D,metformin andradiotherapy.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the cancer treatment of ketogenic diet combined with other therapies,to concludethe effect mechanisms and clinical application prospects of combined therapies,consequently provid a new treatment option forpatients with aggressive or advanced tumor.The ketogenic diet combined with other treatment can inhibit tumor growth in animalmodels,but it still need many prospective studies to prove the feasibility and effectiveness.
