技能迁移规律在高校武术教学中的运用研究

摘　　要：文章从武术的特点和技能迁移规律出发,关注迁移规律在其它项目中的合理应用,其目的在于能为高校武术教学激发学生兴趣、提高教学效率提供可行路径。对迁移规律的合理应用,可以有效降低学习难度、提高学生积极性、避免运动损伤,促使高校武术教学达到事半功倍的效果。From the characteristic of Wushu and the migration of skills,focusing on reasonable application of the migration rules in other projects, the purpose of the study is for Wushu teaching in university to stimulate students' interest and provides a viable path to improve the teaching efficiency. The reasonable application of migration can effectively reduce the difficulty of learning,enhance the enthusiasm of students, avoid sports injury, and promote Wushu teaching in university to achieve a multiplier effect.
