摘 要:微格教学可以使日常复杂的课堂教学得以精简,并能使练习者获得大量的反馈意见,包含有三个基本要素:被培训者,教学评价人员,多媒体设备。文章通过分析微格教学系统的存在、使用的现状来分析微格教学训练是否能有效地提升体育教育专业学生教学技能,并分析微格教学在提升学生技能方面是如何发挥作用的。一方面,研究微格教学能够促进微格教学在广大师范学院的应用,进一步加强师范生教学技能方面的训练;另一方面,微格教学目前并不是主流的教学手段,在其成长过程中还存在一定的问题和不足,通过和老师及同学们的交流,了解微格教学的使用现状和发展前景。Microteaching can make daily complex classroom teaching be reduced, and can enable practitioners to obtain a large number of feedback, contains three basic elements: training, teaching evaluation staff, multimedia equipment. This paper studies whether the microteaching system can effectively improve the teaching skills of students majoring in physical education and how can it play the role, by analyzing the status of microteaching system existence, the use conditions of the microteaching training. On the one hand, the study of microteaching can promote the application of the Microteaching training in the majority of Teachers College, to further strengthen the teaching skills of students in normal universities; on the other hand, it is not the mainstream of Microteaching teaching means, in its growth process also exist some problems and insufficience, with teachers and students exchanges, understanding microteaching application status and development prospect.
