高校武术教学与传统文化的传承探索

摘　　要：中国武术并不只是简简单单的拳脚功夫,它是中华民族几千年来的智慧结晶,蕴含着非常丰富的文化底蕴。中国功夫不仅受我国人民的喜爱,还备受西方国家的推崇。但是近年来随着西方体育文化的传播,我国的武术教学已经很少被运用于高校体育教学中。我们中国武术的传承越来越艰难。基于这种情况,文章认为在高校武术教学中,不仅需要向大学生传授强身健体的武术技能,还要注重对我国传统文化的传承,笔者将在下面所论述的内容当中,着重的分析高校武术教学与中国传统文化之间的关系,并提出如何在高校的武术教学中对我国的传统文化有效的进行传承和发展。Chinese Wushu is not just simple fist Kung Fu,it is the wisdom crystallization of Chinese nation for thousands years,contains a very rich cultural heritage.Chinese Kung Fu is not only popular with people of China,but also highly praised by thewestern countries.But in recent years,with the spread of western sports culture,China's Wushu teaching has been rarely used in theteaching of physical education in colleges and universities.The inheritance of Chinese Wushu is more and more difficult.Based onthis situation,this paper argues that in the Wushu teaching of colleges and universities requires not only to teach students Wushuskills,but also need to pay attention to the inheritance of the traditional culture of China.The study puts emphasis on the analysis ofWushu teaching in colleges and universities and the transfer relationship between the traditional culture,and puts forward how to dothe traditional culture inheritance and development effectively in the Wushu teaching of Colleges and universities.
