摘 要:国内学者在对各高等院校体育教师职业认同调查过程中发现,体育舞蹈专业教师的职业认同感较差,很多体育舞蹈专业教师在职业培训、再教育等方面的积极性较差,导致我国高等院校体育舞蹈再教育工作陷入恶性循环,这势必会对我国体育舞蹈教育教学发展产生极大影响。文章结合某高校体育舞蹈教师再教育现状,揭示体育舞蹈教师再教育现状及存在的具体问题,并结合体育舞蹈专业未来发展需求来提出相应解决对策,旨在为各高等院校体育舞蹈教师再教育工作开展只提供理论指导。The professional identity on sports teachers by domestic scholars in various colleges and universities finds that professionalsports dance teachers'professional identity is poorer,a lot of professional sports dance teachers in vocational training and reeducationenthusiasm is poorer,causes Chinese college sports dance re-education work into a vicious circle,whcih will greatlyinfluence on sports dance teaching education development in China.The paper,combining a university sports dance teachers’continuing education status quo,reveals the sports dance teachers continuing education present situations and the specific problems,and combining with the sports dance professional future development needs to put forward the corresponding countermeasures,toprovide theoretical guidance for the continuing education work of colleges and universities sports dance teachers.
