摘 要:通过建立NW型双自由度行星轮系的齿数优化模型和可靠度模型,推导出以两个输入构件转速和转矩为变量的构件负载与寿命关系表达式。结合实例,运用齿数优化结果,研究了负载、齿宽和速比分配系数等因素对太阳轮以及整个系统可靠性的影响。研究结果表明:合理配置齿数尤其太阳轮的齿数,对系统可靠度有举足轻重的作用;在一个输入动力参数不变的情况下,系统的可靠度随速比分配系数和负载的增大而减小,随齿宽的增大而增大。By developing the tooth number optimization model and reliability model of NW planetary gear system with two degrees of freedom,the expressions for the load-life of the components were deduced. The effects of load,face width, velocity ratio of partition coefficient and other factors to the sun and the reliability of the system were studied through some examples which were based on the tooth number optimization model. The results show that the appropriate allocation of tooth number especially the tooth number of the sun gear plays a very important role in the reliability of the system. The system reliability will decrease as the load and velocity ratio of partition coefficient increase,and the face width decreases if the input parameters of one power are constant. It provides some guidelines for the reliability design of planetary gear systems.
