摘 要:为了精确控制GDI发动机喷油器喷雾试验的喷油压力和喷油脉宽,开发了基于Labview的喷雾试验控制系统,并经过试验测试证明了系统的可靠性。在一定的试验条件下利用开发的喷雾测试装置对GDI六孔喷油器进行喷雾测试,试验结果表明喷雾贯穿距离随时间的增加速度先快后慢,喷雾锥角随时间变化不明显;喷油压力增加,喷雾贯穿距离在喷油压力在2~10 MPa时增加明显,10 MPa以后最终贯穿距离变化不大;喷雾锥角随喷油压力的提高略有提高。本次试验条件下喷雾锥角α近似正比于Δp^(0.15)。In order to accurately control injection pressure and injection pulse width of the fuel injector spray test of GDI engine a spray test control system based on Labview has been developed,and the reliability of the sys-tem was proved by the test.The spray characteristics of a6-hole GDI injector were measured by the system in cer-tain experimental conditions.The results show that the increasing speed of spray penetration distance would slow down and the spray cone angle did not change significantly over the test-time;the final spray penetration distance did not change significantly after the10MPa.The spray cone angle increase slightly with the rise of the injection pressure.The spray cone angle a is approximately proportional to A/?°
