水性混凝土脱模剂用硅油的改性及其乳化性能

摘　　要：将长链烷基接枝到含氢硅油上,并添加到矿物油中,以提高矿物油的脱模效果。烷基的接入使含氢硅油与矿物油之间具有良好的相容性,将长链烷基改性硅油与矿物油乳化,得到一种低成本、环保的水性高效脱模剂。改性硅油的加入可以改善油相的脱模性能,但增加了乳化难度。红外光谱表明:Si—H明显减少,—CH_2显著增加,说明长链烷基成功地接枝到含氢硅油上。折光测试表明:反应时间越长,反应越完全,产物中连接到Si上的长链烷基含量越多。乳化最佳条件:乳化剂用量为20%,乳化剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙二醇400双油酸脂的质量比为1∶1时,得到最佳的亲水亲油平衡值约为10.25。The long-chain alkyl was grafted onto the hydrogenous silicone oil,which was then added intothe mineral oil to improve the mold release effect of mineral oil.The grafting of alkyl contributes to the bettercompatibility between silicone oil and mineral oil.A high efficient,low-cost,and environmentally friendlywater-based mold release agent was produced when grafted silicone oil and mineral oil were emulsified.Theaddition of grafted silicone oil improves the release properties of the oil phase,but it also increases the difficultyof emulsification.The results of infrared(IR)spectrum indicate that the Si-H bonds decrease while the CH2bonds increase significantly,which means that the long-chain alkyl was successfully grafted to the hydrogenoussilicone oil.The results of refraction test show that the longer is the reaction time,the more completely thereaction proceeds,as well as the more long-chain alkyl in the product are connected to Si.The optimal reactionconditions are listed as follows:the dosage of emulsifier is20%and the mass ratio of emulsifier alcoholpolyoxyethylene ether to polyglycol400dioleate is1∶1,which can get the best hydrophile lipophile balancevalue of10.25.
