摘　　要：建立企业研究生工作站是研究生教育创新的重要形式,三峡大学与宜昌人福药业有限责任公司联合组建的湖北省研究生工作站的实践证明,这种方式在促进研究生教育发展的同时,融合了科技发展和企业运营,为解决产学研的制约因素开辟了新路;并对出现的问题,提出了具体的解决方法。It's the impotent method to Innovation in graduate education of establishing enterprise graduate workstation.According to the practical experience of enterprise graduate workstation in YiChangHumanwell Pharmaceutical Co.LTD,the method is a new solution to developing postgraduate education,Business-university-researchinstitutionpartnership(BURP) . It alsoprovidessomesuggestionsontheapplicationofthis model to actual practices.
