新课改背景下地方高师院校英语专业学生教学能力培养的策略研究

摘　　要：本文概述了新课改背景下教师要面临的挑战,分析了制约地方高师院校英语专业学生教学实践能力的瓶颈,指出目前地方高师英语专业人才培养中出现的各种问题。结合基础教育新课改和地方发展需求,探索培养地方师范院校英语专业学生教学能力的策略,以提升英语专业学生的教学能力,为地方基础教育发展做出贡献。The paper summarized the challenges for teachers under the background of the New Curriculum Reform,analyzed the bottlenecks that restrict the teaching ability of English Majors in local Normal Universities,and pointed out the current problems existed in the cultivation of English majors in local Normal Universities. Combined with the New Curriculum Reform and the requirements of the local development,the paper explored the strategies of cultivating the teaching ability of English majors in local Normal Universities so as to enhance the teaching ability of English majors,and make contributions for the development of the local basic education.
