摘　　要：地方普通高校正面临着转型发展的关键时期,培养应用创新型人才是转型发展的关键,由此,必须充分发挥产学研合作优势。本文从转型发展时期对产学研协同创新的新要求出发,分析了传统产学研的不足之处,并阐明了新形势下,产学研协同创新机制,并进一步提出产学研协同创新机制的具体措施。Local colleges and universities are facing a critical period of restructuring and development. The training applied innovative talents is the key to the transformation of development. Thus,we must give full play to the advantages of research cooperation. Considering the new requirements of the transition period for the development of innovative collaborative research,we analyze the shortcomings of traditional production and research. This paper clarify the new situation and research collaborative innovation mechanism. The result of this study furthers specific measures and researches collaborative innovation mechanism.
