高校“卓越工程师”培养计划模式探析

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和国家科学技术的持续进步,我国工程技术类人才的实际需求尤为突出和迫切。本文首先介绍了国内工程教育当前存在的问题,继而介绍了"卓越工程师"培养计划产生的背景、特点和高校"卓越工程师"培养计划包括的内容,最后提出高校"卓越工程师"培养计划在执行过程中应注意的问题。With the development of social economy and the continuing progress of the national science and technology,it is highlight and urgent for the needs of engineering technical talents in our country . This paper introduces the existing problems in the current domestic engineering education at first,then recommends the background and characteristics of "Outstanding Engineers " training plan and the content,put forward problems which should be paid attention to in the implementation of the "Outstanding Engineers" training plan process finally.
