摘　　要：研究生指导教师队伍的建设成效是确保研究生培养质量的保证。本文通过笔者所在高校研究生指导教师队伍的现状,通过年龄、学缘结构、性别等指标进行统计分析,并据此提出进一步加强导师队伍建设的建议。The effect of establishing the graduate supervisor team is the guarantee of ensuring the quality of graduate education.In virtue of the current situation of graduate supervisor team in the university where the author belongs,it was statistically analyzed through age,structure of raduation school,gender etc.in this paper,and put forward the proposals to enhance the construction of graduate supervisor team.
