摘  要:应用型本科人才培养模式,是由应用型本科大学生的培养目标、培养理念、知识结构、专业技能组合而成的有机整体。应用型人才指创造性地应用现有专业理论和技能为社会创造物质财富或提供服务的专门人才。管理类应用型人才培养目标可以概括为企业或社会组织的管理者,应该采用通识教育+专业教育、培养宽口径、复合型人才、扩大学生自主权的培养理念,据此设计各专业的专业课程结构和实践教学方式。Applied undergraduate talent training model is an organic whole which is composed of the training goal,the idea and the plan. Applied talents are the specialized personnel who creative application of the existing professional theory and knowledge to solve practical problems. The training objectives of management application talents could be summarized as fostering managers of enterprises or social organization,the training concept taken should be emphasizing general education and professional education,broad caliber,compound,students study autonomy. The professional training programs and practice teaching programs should be designed rightly.
