摘　　要：目的:探讨有效沟通对精神科老年患者服药依从性的影响。方法:收治老年精神病患者288例,随机分为两组。对照组给予传统方式发药,观察组在发药过程中给予有效沟通,比较两组服药依从性。结果:对照组主动服药率33.6%,协助服药率45.5%,拒绝服药率11.9%。观察组主动服药率58.5%,协助服药率41.3%,拒绝服药率0.2%。结论:有效沟通可提高精神科老年患者的服药依从性。Objective:To explore the effect of effective communication on the medication compliance of elderly patients in department of psychiatry.Methods:288 cases of elderly patients with mental disorders were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given the traditional mode of drug delivery,the observation group was given the effective communication in the course of drug delivery,the medication compliance of the two groups was compared.Results:In the control group,the rate of active medication was 33.6%,the rate of assist medication was 45.5% and the rate of rejection was 11.9%.In the observation group,the rate of active medication was 58.5% ,the rate of assist medication was 41.3% and the rate of rejection was 0.2% .Conclusion:Effective communication could improve the medication compliance of elderly patients in department of psychiatry.
