摘  要:目的:探讨TBL教学法结合循证医学在泌尿外科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:将103例临床实习本科生随机分为两组。试验组51例给予TBL教学法结合循证医学进行教学;对照组52例给予传统教学法。结果:试验组学生的理论考核成绩和临床技能考核成绩及对带教老师的满意度优于对照组。结论:TBL教学法结合循证医学有利于临床医学生综合素质和职业能力的培养。Objective:To explore the application effect of TBL teaching method combined with evidence based medicine in urology practice teaching.Methods:103 cases of clinical practice undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups.51 cases in the experimental group were given TBL teaching method combined with evidence based medicine for teaching.52 cases in the control group were given traditional teaching method.Results:The theoretical examination scores and clinical skills examination scores of students and the satisfaction with teaching teachers in the experimental group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:TBL teaching method combined with evidence based medicine is beneficial to the cultivation of comprehensive quality and professional ability of clinical medical students.
