差序格局下儒家文化对普惠金融的影响——基于CGSS的经验研究

摘　　要：基于中国综合社会调查数据(CGSS),采用主成分分析法和Logistic回归模型,考察了差序格局下儒家文化对普惠金融中国化实践的影响。通过分析发现:"差序格局"在儒家文化的伦理层面、社会关系格局上对普惠金融有显著的影响,在社会资源配置格局上不具有显著作用;在金融意义上,差序格局之下儒家文化的影响主要表现为以"孝"为特征的"家"文化面向,并在一定程度上弱化了经济收入对普惠金融普及的积极作用。儒家文化所导致的金融普惠意义上的逆向选择,并不能让我们绝对否定儒家文化对社会经济发展的价值;相反,我们应发挥儒家文化在制度均衡以及稳定家庭与社会上的积极作用,在普惠金融制度设计上应体现一种社会利益倾斜机制和社会权利能力培育机制,实现普惠金融担当社会责任的应有功能。Based on data from Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS), the present study employs principal component analysis and Logistic regression model to examine the influence of Confucian culture on the practice of InclusiveFinance in China. Conclusions are found as follows: Difference Sequence Pattern has a significant impact on inclusive finance at the level of ethical aspects of Confucian culture and social relations. In the sense of finance, the influence of Confucian culture which is characterized by family culture of “filial piety” under Difference Sequence Pattern, weakens the positive effects of income on inclusive finance to a certain extent. The negative effect of Confucian culture on inclusive financial can not lead to absolute negation of the cultural value of Confucianism at the level of socialdevelopment. Confucian culture should play a positive role in the equilibrium system. Inclusive financial system should be designed as a mechanism tilting to social interests and cultivation of social rights of competency, and have attributes of social responsibility.
