摘　　要：摆手舞是土家族重要的非物质文化遗产,它是对土家族影响最大的舞蹈,且带有祭祀色彩。在音乐和动作方面具有鲜明的特点。随着广场舞的兴起,摆手舞逐渐与广场舞融合,形成了别具特色的地方健身内容,但在现代社会,如何将摆手舞传承发展下去显得更为重要。the intangible cultural heritage of Tujia Waving Dance is a - Pray for happiness, return ancestral dance, it is the largest dance of Tujia nationality, and with a sacrificial color. It embodies the Tujia myth, war and life. At the same time,it is also the Tujia worship, prayer, social, comprehensive the folk sports activities.
