吉林省高校高水平排球队发展困境与优化路径研究

摘　　要：高校高水平排球队的建设与发展对于我国由体育大国迈向体育强国具有深远的战略意义。文章主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等对吉林省高校高水平排球队发展状况的实地调查，研究认为：吉林省高校高水平排球队教练员年龄和职称结构不合理、学历层次偏低；运动员生源以普通高中生为主，训练年限较短；训练场馆与设施简陋、经费来源单一。建议：实施教练员选拔、考核与聘用机制，并出台相关制度文件，规范教练员的职业行为；建立体育场馆运行与保障机制，尽早对破损场馆进行翻新、改造、重建。The university high level volleyball team construction and development has far-reaching strategic significance for China to develop from the sports giant towards sports power. This article mainly uses the methods of literature, expert interview,questionnaire survey to do the of field survey of the development of high level volleyball team in Jilin province colleges and universities, the research suggests that: Jilin university high level volleyball coaches’ age and title structure are unreasonable,education level is lower; the origin of players of student are mianly from ordinary high schools, with shorter training period; and their training venues and facilities are humble, funds source is single. Advice of the study: the implementation of the coaches selection,evaluation and employment mechanism, and a relevant system files, regulating professional conduct of the coaches; establishing sports venue and guarantee mechanism, reconstructing the damaged venues as soon as possible.
