摘　　要：基于我国东部发达地区S市T县的长期跟踪调查,本文分析了我国城乡社区所经历的巨大变迁以及政府主导的自上而下的社区建设路径下所取得的成效和面临的问题,并通过对当前社区建设中的几大主体(自治组织、居民和地方政府)的处境及其采取的应变行动进行深入剖析,试图从地方社区变迁的现实和富有创造性的实践经验中揭示出我国社区建设路径转换的背后逻辑。Based on the long-term follow-up survey of T County in S City in the developed eastern China region,this paper analyzes the great changes the urban and rural communities have experienced, and the achievements and problems in the government-led top-down community-building model. Besides, the paper attempts to reveal the logic behind the path transformation of community building in China from the perspective of the changes of local community and the constructive practical experience through an in-depth analysis of the situation of the several principal parts (including autonomous organizations, residents and local governments) and the corresponding actions in the community-building process.
