摘  要:随着2015年首艘国内建造的18 000标准箱超大型集装箱船的成功交付以及后续多艘新船订单的生效,集装箱船的大型化趋势日渐明显。文章对某超大型集装箱船的横向强框布局提出优化设计方案,针对优化方案进行规范计算和舱段有限元分析。分析结果表明:优化后的空船质量有所减轻,并且船厂的工艺施工量也因强框数量的减少而减少,从而有效降低成本。该优化方案为今后的设计工作提供了有价值的参考。With the successful delivery of the 18 000 TEU ultra-large container ship(ULCS) which is first built in China in 2015 and the recognition of several new ship orders, the enlargement trend of container ship becomes more and more obvious. This paper presents the optimized design schemes for the layout of the transversalstrong frame in the cargo compartment of ULCS, and performs the rule calculation of the optimized schemes and the finite element analysis of the cargo hold. The results indicate that the lightship weight and the technique construction in the shipyard are decreased with the fewer strong frames, resulting in the effective cost reduction.The optimization schemes can provide the valuable references for the further ship design.
