个性化教育与终身化学习:从《斯坦福2025》计划看未来教育模式变革

摘　　要：《斯坦福2025》计划是以个性化教育和终身化学习为主导思想,以探究斯坦福大学2025年的学习生活体验和未来教育模式变革为核心的理想教育蓝图。该计划提出的"开环大学"、"自控节奏教育"、"轴心翻转"和"目的性学习"对传统标准的结构化教育提出了新挑战,彰显出从学校的学生到学生的学校、从工具理性主导到价值理性回归、从标准的结构化到自主的个性化、从学科专业主导的功利化到问题兴趣主导的使命化的内在教育变革逻辑。Stanford2025,which takes the lifelong learning and personalized education as dominant ideology,is anideal education blueprint of exploring the life and learning experience in Stanford University in2025and the direction of educationinnovation in the future.The core content of the plan,“Open Loop University”,“Paced Education”,“Axis Flip”and“Purpose Learning”,has put forward a new challenge to the traditional standard of structural education model andmanifested the internal logic of education innovation which mainly including the transformations from the“university of students”to the“student of university”,from the“dominated by instrumental rationality”to the“value rationality regression”,from the“standard structure”to the“independent personality”,and from the“utilitarian of the discipline and major”to the“mission of the problem and interest”.
