摘  要:借鉴生命体系统的运行模式、组织结构和调控机理,利用制造系统与生命体系统的相似性,从全新视角首先构建有机制造单元。分析了有机制造单元特点及各个模块的功能,并建立了相应的功能模型。分析了基于信息素的通信协调机制。通过有机制造单元之间基于信息素的通信协调机制进行动态自重组新的有机制造单元,减少了通信量、实现生产车间资源的高利用率、对生产过程中出现的动态、不确定性因素等做出快速的响应及应对,进而使制造系统的鲁棒性得到提高。By making full use of the comparability between biological system and manufacturing system and referencing the biological organization structure and mechanism, a bio-inspired manufacturing cell (BMC) is formed from a novel view. The characteristics and functional modules of the BMC are analyzed and the relevant functional models are established. The communication and coordinating mechanism is also analyzed based on pheromone. Oneor more BMCs self-organize dynamically by communication mechanism among BMCs based on pheromone, andtherefore traffic is decreased evidently, manufacturing resources can be made full use of and random events encountered in the manufacturing process can also be dealt with timely, therefore the robustness of the manufacturing system is improved markedly.
