摘　　要：根据大尺寸圆锥螺纹量规的测量需求,研制了一套基于三坐标测量机和激光干涉仪的大尺寸圆锥螺纹量规基面中径测量系统。对圆锥螺纹量规的基面中径进行了实际测量,并进行了测量不确定度评定。重复性测量和比对实验的结果表明,基面中径的测量结果达到预定的技术要求,所研制的测量系统适用于大尺寸圆锥螺纹量规的基面中径测量。According to the measuring demands of large size conical thread gauges, a measurement system for base level mid-diameters of large size conical thread gauges is developed,which is based on a three coordinate measuring machine and a laser interferometer.The experimental measurement for base level mid-diameters of conical thread gauges is conducted,and the measurement uncertainty is evaluated.The repeatability measurement and comparison experiment show that measurement results of base level mid-diameters meet the predetermined technical index, and the developed measurement system is suitable for measuring base level mid-diameters of large size conical thread gauges.
