摘　　要：报道3例突发精神行为异常伴抽搐、意识障碍的年轻女性患者,入院检查发现脑脊液或血清中抗N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)抗体阳性伴卵巢畸胎瘤,确诊为伴卵巢畸胎瘤的抗NMDAR脑炎,给予手术切除畸胎瘤。The paper reported three young women who collapsed into sudden abnormal behavior and convulsions and fell into unconsciousness. After admission, they were found to suffer from ovarian teratomas with anti-NMDAR antibody positive in cerebrospinal fluid or serum. The patients were diagnosed as anti-NMDAR encephalitis associated with ovarian teratoma, and teratoma resection was performed.
