乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤患者使用乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路术的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤的治疗中使用乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路术的临床效果,为乳腺下缘入路治疗乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤提供理论依据。方法选取82例乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤患者作为研究对象,其中采用传统其中治疗的28例患者作为对照组,采用乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路术的54例患者作为观察组。对两组患者临床治疗效果、住院时间以及患者对手术效果的满意度,对以上数据进行统计学分析。结果两组患者均顺利的完成手术治疗,在手术过程中未出现明显的并发症和其他不良反应。观察组患者手术时间(27.69±1.35)min明显短于对照组(37.93±1.52)min,观察组患者对手术效果的满意度(92.59%)明显高于对照组(78.57%),差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路术临床应用效果显著,可避免二次手术,缩短手术所需时间,手术切口不明显,美容效果较好,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate the treatment of breast fibroadenoma multiple use after incision under the breast after breast surgery gap approachclinical results provide a theoretical basis for the lower edge of the breast into the path of multiple treatment of breast fibroadenoma.Methods82cases of patients with multiple breast fibroadenoma were selected as an object of study,including28patients where conventional treatmentas the control group,using the incision under the breast after breast after clearance approach surgery in54patients as observation group.Two groupsof patients for clinical outcomes,length of stay and patient satisfaction with the surgical results,using statistical software for statistical analysis of theabove data.Results All patients were successfully completed surgery,significant complications and other adverse reactions occur during surgery.Observation group were operative time(27.69±1.35)min was significantly shorter than the control group(37.93±1.52)min,the observation group patient satisfaction with surgical results(92.59%)was significantly higher(78.57%),a statistically significant difference significance(P<0.05).ConclusionBreast incision after surgery mammary space approach significant clinical effect,to avoid secondary surgery to shorten the time requiredfor surgery,the incision is not obvious,better cosmetic results and should be introduced in clinical practice.
