摘　　要：目的:外周血循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)在肿瘤预后评估、疗效评价、肿瘤分期、复发转移检测方面具有重要临床价值。CTCs临床应用的研究主要集中于肿瘤早筛、治疗方案及预后评估、基因分析、体外培养。本文针对CTCs检测方法及临床应用进行综述。Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in peripheral blood played an important role in the evaluation of tumor prognosis,effect evaluation,tumor staging and metastasis detection.The clinical application of CTCs was mainly focused on early screening,treatment and prognosis evaluation,gene analysis and in vitro culture.This paper reviewed the detection methods of CTCs and its clinical application.
