摘　　要：随着人们生活节奏的加快和生活环境的改变,胃癌的发病率越来越高。目前临床中,治疗胃癌的方式有许多种,它们各有优缺点。本文探讨快速康复外科与腹腔镜在胃癌手术中的应用现状,为临床提供探讨。With the accelerated pace of life and living environment changes,the incidence of gastric cancer is getting higher and higher.At present,there are many ways to treat gastric cancer in clinic,each has its own advantages and disadvantages.This paper discusses the application of fast track surgery and laparoscopic surgery in gastric cancer,to provide discuss for clinic.
