摘　　要：目的:探讨护理带教老师职业倦怠与社会支持的相关性。方法:对随机抽取的护理带教老师采用职业倦怠量表和社会支持量表进行调查,分别采用相关分析和分层回归分析对获得的数据进行统计学分析。结果:相关分析显示职业倦怠与社会支持之间存在关联,情感耗竭与主观支持度、对支持的利用度存在关联,去个性化与客观支持度存在关联,个人成就感降低与对支持的利用度存在关联。结论:社会支持可以影响护理带教老师的职业倦怠,应从多方面采取措施加大护理带教老师的社会支持。Objective:To explore the correlation between job burnout and social support of nursing teachers.Methods:A questionnaire survey was carried out on the teachers and students who were randomly selected to take the job burnout scale and social support scale,and then analyzed by using correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.Results:The correlation analysis showed that there was a correlation between occupation burnout and social support,emotional exhaustion and subjective support,utilization of support to the association between personality and objective support association,reduced personal accomplishment and utilization degree of the support association.Conclusion:Social support can affect the job burnout of nursing teachers,and we should take measures to increase the social support of nursing teachers.
