摘　　要：氢氧化钙是近年临床上应用广泛的根管消毒剂,因其封药载体的不同,所产生的药效也存在差异。常用的氢氧化钙封药载体分水溶性、黏性和油性,探讨不同载体对氢氧化钙抗菌性能的影响是近年来的研究热点。本文就氢氧化钙封药载体的研究现状进行综述。Calcium hydroxide is widely used as disinfectant of root canals recently.The vehicle is a substancewhich is added into calcium hydroxide to form a paste.It can be classified into water soluble,viscous and oily.Differentvehicles for calcium hydroxide may produce different disinfectant effects.Searching for an ideal vehicle for calcium hy?droxide is a hot research topic in recent years.This article will make a review on progress in the study of calcium hy?droxide in different vehicles.
