隔蟾皮灸治疗胃癌术后并发症32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察隔蟾皮灸治疗胃癌术后并发症的临床疗效。方法:32例患者随机分成两组,各16例,采用隔蟾皮灸(治疗组)和抗肿瘤加营养支持(对照组)对照及自身前后对照的方法,观察隔蟾皮灸对胃癌术后临床症状及外周血象的影响。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后患者外周血红蛋白Hb、红细胞计数RBC上升,与治疗前比较,差异均有意义(P<0.05);且治疗组与对照组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔蟾皮灸治疗胃癌术后并发症疗效满意,且能改善术后贫血,有利于机体康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of diaphragm-moxibustion on postoperative complications of gastric cancer.Methods: 32 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 16 cases in each. TCM moxibustion (the treatment group) and anti-tumor nutritional support (the control group) were applied respectively. Results: The total efficiency was 93.75% in the treatment group and 68.75% in the control group, P<0.05. After treatment, the hemoglobin Hb and the red blood cell count RBC in two groups were increased,compared with before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Moxibustion for postoperative complications of gastric cancer can give satisfactory results, and improve postoperative anemia, is conducive to the rehabilitation of the body.
