益气养阴方加味联合放疗治疗食管癌疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴方加味联合放疗对食管癌的治疗作用。方法:将86例食管癌患者按贯序法随机分为观察组(联合组)、对照组(单纯放疗组)各43例。联合组口服益气养阴方加味+放疗,对照组单纯放疗,两组均给予直线加速器常规局部放疗30次,DT 60 Gy,2 Gy/次,5次/周,比较两组疗效。结果:联合组和对照组近期治疗总有效率分别为46.5%、39.5%(P>0.05),观察吞咽困难、食物反流、声音嘶哑及胸痛,建立临床观察表,统计症状积分(P<0.05)。两组中医证候总有效率分别为51.2%及20.9%(P<0.05),生活质量评分(KPS)提高率分别为83.7%及41.8%(P<0.05),联合组治疗前后CD3+、NK、B、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+细胞数量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴方加味能明显减轻食管癌患者临床症状、证候,减少放疗不良反应,提高细胞免疫功能,改善生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of modified Yiqi Yangyin formula combined with radiotherapy in treating esophageal cancer.Methods:86cases of esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group(the combination group)and the control group(radiotherapy group).The combination group received modified Yiqi Yangyin formula combined with radiotherapy while the control group received only radiotherapy,both groups received30times of linear accelerator conventional local radiotherapy,DT60Gy,2Gy/time,5times/week,the therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Results:The short term total effective rate of the combination group and the control group was46.5%and39.5%respectively,the dysphagia,food regurgitation,hoarseness and chest pain of patients were observed to set up clinical observation table and calculate symptom score(P<0.05).Total TCM effective rate of the combination group and the control group was51.2%and20.9%respectively(P<0.05),the improvement rate of quality of life score(KPS)of twogroups was83.7%and41.8%respectively(P<0.05).The number of CD3+,NK,B,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+cells was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:modified Yiqi Yangyin formula could significantly relieve clinical symptoms and syndromes,reduce adverse reactions,enhance cellular immune function and improve quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer.
