泌尿外科学学术型研究生科研能力培养方式探索

摘　　要：目的探索泌尿外科学学术型研究生科研能力培养的途径及效果。方法 26名学术型硕士研究生分为2组,1组依托科研项目进行培养(项目型),1组在导师指导下自主选题,自由探索(探索型),比较毕业时2组研究生的创新能力、科研理论(包括科研思维)、科研知识、实验技能和科研成果。结果项目型组和探索型组研究生科研能力均达到泌尿外科科学学位硕士研究生水平。2组在科研理论、科研知识掌握方面差异不大(P=0.484,0.786),项目型组研究生在实验技能和科研成果方面明显优于探索型组(P=0.005,0.008),探索型组学生在创新能力方面得分高于项目型组(P=0.016)。结论项目型和探索型均是培养泌尿外科学术型研究生的有效途径,但各有所长。Purpose To investigate the training methods on urology science degree postgraduates.Methods A total of26science degree postgraduates were divided into two groups,one trained through scientific research projects(the projectgroup),the other trained by study topics selected independently under the direction of the tutors(the exploration group).Atgraduation,the innovation ability,scientific research theory(including scientific thinking),scientific research knowledge,experimental technique and achievements on research of the two groups were compared.Results The students’ability inresearch for both the project group and the exploration group reached the requested level of the urology science masterdegree.The differences in scientific research theory and scientific research knowledge between the two groups were notstatistically significant(P=0.484,0.786).The project-group students’experimental technique and achievements on researchwere significantly better than those of the exploration group(P=0.005,0.008),while the innovation ability of the explorationgroupstudents was better than that of the project group,and the difference had statistical significance(P=0.016).ConclusionBoth the project group and the exploration group are good means to train urology science degree postgraduate students,andeach has its strong points.
