摘　　要：一男生无法自控地重复一些强迫性动作,虽竭力抵抗，但无法控制，一直陷于担忧害怕之中。咨询师通过放松疗法及森田认知疗法使其接纳自己的强迫症状，减少强迫行为，总体收到较好的咨询效果。This paper is a report of a psychological counseling.A boy can’t control his own behavior,constantlyrepeated his movements.Consultant used loosening therapy and Morita therapy makes him embrace symptoms,reduce thefrequency of the compulsive behavior.The result of the counseling is positive.
