摘　　要：本文介绍了中海炼化惠州炼化分公司制氢装置催化剂的应用情况及案例分析,对制氢预转化催化剂和转化催化剂的作用和特点进行了详细说明,对于催化剂应用过程中可能出现的各种故障进行了分析并提出解决建议,最后对转化和预转化催化剂的剩余价值作了最大化利用建议。This paper describes the application of catalyst in hydrogen production plant in Huizhou refining and chemical co.,along with case studies.The impact and features of pre-conversion and conversion catalysts for hydrogen production are illustrated indetail.Suggestions are offered to resolve the failures in catalytic process as well as the surplus value maximization of catalysts.
