摘 要:针对目前二元丁苯胶乳冻融、抗盐性差,苯丙胶乳分子链不稳定、耐热性能不好的问题,采用种子乳液接枝的方法引入2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)作为功能单体与苯乙烯在聚丁二烯胶乳上接枝共聚合成了四元油井水泥增韧剂FTL,并对其性能进行评价.红外测试表明合成的FTL为目标产物.冻融及抗盐实验表明,FTL具有优异的冻融及抗盐稳定性.热失重实验说明FTL具有好的热稳定性,热分解温度达到410,℃.抗压抗折强度及三轴实验表明,FTL可以显著改善油井水泥石的韧性.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)显示,胶乳颗粒与水泥微缝隙交结面之间形成一桥接膜,而纯水泥则没有这种结构.胶乳水泥的高温配伍性实验说明,FTL与降失水剂、缓凝剂具有优异的配伍性.含FTL的油井水泥综合性能实验考察发现,其还具有控失水、流动度好及低游离液含量.Aiming at the problem of poor freeze-thaw and salt-resistance stability of dual butadiene-styrene latex and unstable molecular chain and poor heat resistance of styreneacrylic latex,oil well cement toughener FTL was synthesized by grafting 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS),N,N-dimethylacrylamide (DMAM)and styrene onto polybutadiene latex via seed emulsion grafting method and its physical and chemical properties were evaluated.Infrared test shows that FTL is the target product.Freeze-thaw and salt-resistance stability experiments reveal that FTL has excellent freeze-thaw and salt-resistance stability.Thermogravimetric(TG) analysis experiment shows that FTL has good thermal stability and thermal decomposition temperature reaches 410 ℃.FTL can significantly improve the toughness of oil well cement,as showed in the results of compressive and flexural strength experiments and triaxial test.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)test finds a bridging film between latex particles and cement micro slit cross junction while non-additive cement doesn’t have such structure.High temperature compatibility experiment shows that FTL has excellent compatibility with fluid loss agent and retarder.Overall performances experiments of the cement slurry containing FTL find that FTL also presents a good control of water loss,good fluidity and low free fluid content.
