西医联合肝苏软胶囊治疗肝纤维化的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析西医联合肝苏软胶囊治疗肝纤维化的临床效果。方法病例入选方式为随机抽签法,从2012年3月~2016年3月期间收治的乙肝肝纤维化患者中抽取160例纳入本研究中,依据入院顺序将160例入选患者分为对照组和研究组,80例对照组接受常规性西药治疗,80例研究组在对照组基础上给予肝苏软胶囊进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率92.67%,高于对照组79.33%(P<0.05)。对比两组患者治疗前TBi L(总胆红素)、AST(天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶)、ALT(丙氨酸氨基转移酶),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组TBi L、AST、ALT水平比对照组优,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后PC-III、Ⅳ-C、HA、LN指数比对照组优,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者治疗中均无明显不良反应发生。结论在西医治疗肝纤维化疾病时,可给予中医中药治疗,本研究表明联合肝苏软胶囊治疗,疗效突出,且安全可靠,经济实惠,对综合疗效有显著提升作用。Objective To analyze the treatment status of traditional Chinese medicine ruangan capsule in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis.Methods160cases of patients with hepatic fibrosis were randomly selected from March2012to March2016in hospital and divided into two groups according to admission order,80cases of the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and80cases of study group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment with Ruangan capsule.The treatment outcomes of two groups were in comparative discussion.Results The total curative effect rate of the study group was92.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(79.33%),and the data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,the TBiL,AST and ALT index were compared between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,TBiL,AST,ALT index of the two groups were compared,the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PC-Ⅲ,HA,LN andⅣ-C of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).All patients had no adverse reactions in the treatment.Conclusion Clinical treatment of hepatic fibrosis can be given Chinese medicine treatment,and the efficacy,safety,reliability,economic benefits,the comprehensive effect can get a significant increase.
