摘 要:针对某型飞机放气带机构故障率高且使用单位缺乏地面相关检测设备的问题,研发了一台飞机离心传感器测试装置。该文简要说明了飞机放气带机构的基本工作原理和离心传感器的检测技术要求,着重介绍了离心传感器测试装置机械系统的组成、功能和特点,并利用平板电脑、PLC和伺服电机等为核心设计了该装置的自动控制系统,给出了硬件系统、软件系统和关键逻辑的设计方案。最后,通过使用,验证了该装置的综合性、稳定性和可靠性,有很高的实用价值,满足了用户的要求。In View of the problem of high failure rate of the bleeding belt mechanism and lack of ground correlation detection equipment in a certain type of aircraft, a centrifugal sensor testing device is developed. This paper briefly explains the discharging belt mechanism of the basic working principle and centrifugal sensor detection technology requirements, mainly introduces the composition, function and characteristic of centrifugal sensor testing device of the mechanical system, and use the panel computer, PLC and servo motor etc. as the core to design the automatic control system of the device, gives the system hardware, system software and key logic design scheme. Finally, the comprehensive,stability and reliability of the device are verified by the trial, which is of high practical value, to meet the user's requirements.
