摘　　要：目的解决医院传统的医保项目管理工作繁琐、易出错等问题。方法根据医院医保管理需求开发医保项目管控软件,软件的主要功能模块有:数据库同步模块、医保项目更新查询模块、上传审核模块。结果本软件的应用保证了医院医保项目数据库与医保局项目数据库的同步;保证了医保日对账上传数据的正确性。结论软件可以精确定位医保管控项目的关键点,从源头上解决了医院医保项目数据库难维护的问题。Objective To improve the traditional medical insurance management work so that it is less tedious and errorprone.Methods According to the medical insurance management requirements, the medical insurance project control software was developed. The main functional modules of this software included database synchronization module, medical insurance project update query module and upload audition module.Results The application of this software ensured database synchronization between the hospital medical insurance project and medical insurance bureau project, as well as guaranteed the accuracy of daily account checking data. Conclusion This software can accurately locate the key point of medical insurance control project, thus can help managers to control the medical insurance project database from the source.
