摘　　要：目的:探讨125I粒子食管支架置入治疗食管癌患者的健康宣教。方法:对12例晚期食管癌粒子支架置入术患者术前、术后给予规范的健康宣教,并对效果进行总结分析。结果:12例食管癌患者顺利置入125I粒子食道支架,术中患者情绪稳定,能积极地配合手术操作。术后均无严重并发症。结论:对125I粒子食管支架置入患者给予规范的健康宣教至关重要,是保证手术成功及减少术后并发症的重要手段。Objective: To explore the health education of 125I seed esophageal stents implantation on patients with esophageal cancer.Methods: Formal health education was given to 12 patients with advanced esophageal cancer before and after the implantation. The effect was summarized and analyzed. Results: 125I seed esophageal stents were successfully implanted in 12 patients with advanced esophageal cancer. After surgery, the patients were calm and cooperative in surgery. After surgery, there were no serious complications.Conclusion: It is of vital importance to give formal health education to patients with 125I seed esophageal stents. This is an important method to ensure the success of surgery and reduce postoperative complications.
