摘  要:目的探讨重组人5型腺病毒胸腔内注射治疗晚期肺癌恶性胸腔积液的效果。方法 104例晚期肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各52例。研究组患者给予胸腔内注射重组人5型腺病毒治疗,对照组患者给予注射顺铂治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为73.08%,高于对照组的51.92%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.964,P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.043,P>0.05)。结论重组人5型腺病毒胸腔内注射治疗在晚期肺癌恶性胸腔积液中具有显著的应用效果,不良反应较少,适于临床应用。Objective To investigate effect by human recombinant type 5 adenovirus through intrapleural injection in the treatment of advanced lung cancer malignant pleural effusion. Methods A total of 104 patients of advanced lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion were divided by random number table into control group and research group, with 52 cases in each group. The research group received human recombinant type 5 adenovirus through intrapleural injection for treatment, and the control group received injection of cisplatin for treatment. Comparison was made on curative effects and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The research group had higher total effective rate as 73.08% than 51.92% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (χ2=4.964, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ2=0.043, P>0.05). Conclusion Human recombinant type 5 adenovirus through intrapleural injection contains excellent application effect in the treatment of advanced lung cancer malignant pleural effusion, along with few adverse reactions. This method is suitable for clinical application.
