眼针联合中医护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察眼针疗法联合中医护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清白介素1β(IL-1β)、白介素6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:将96例患者随机分为2组,每组48例。2组均给予常规医护,观察组同时加用眼针疗法及中医护理干预,2组均于干预4周后检测患者血清IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α指标,并比较临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为87.5%,对照组为75.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α干预前后2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼针疗法联合中医护理干预有助于提高急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效,降低患者IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α水平。Objective:To observe the effect of eye-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on serum IL-1,IL-6and TNF-of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:All96patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group48cases.The two groups were treated with routine care,and the observation group was added with eye-acupuncture therapy and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.After four weeks of intervention,the levels of IL-1,IL-6and TNF-were detected in the two groups,andthe clinical efficacy was compared.Results:The total effective rate was87.5%in the observation group while thecontrol group was75.0%.The difference was statistically significant between the2groups(P<0.05).For the IL-1,IL-6and TNF-before and after intervention in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared between groups after intervention,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of eye-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can improve the clinical efficacy of acute ischemic stroke,and reduce the levels of IL-1茁,IL-6and TNF-as well.
