摘　　要：首先分析了高校应用技术研发中心的功能定位;根据目标统一性原则,构建了研发中心的管理系统并确定了研发中心的管理模式;针对研发中心存在的管理问题提出了加强研发中心管理的措施。The paper analyzes the function of application technology R&D centers in colleges and universities.Based on the principleof objective-congruence,a management system is established and the management mode for R&D center is also achieved.According to theexisting management problems in R&D center,some countermeasures are proposed to strengthen the R&D center management.
