摘　　要：国家奖学金是国家面向全日制优秀本科生设立的最高荣誉奖项。学校应该高度重视国家奖学金的育人功能,结合学校的人才培养方案,通过完善国家奖学金的评定细则,充分发挥国家奖学金的引导和激励作用,全面提升本科生的综合素质。National scholarship as the highest honor award is established for full-time national outstanding undergraduate.The schoolshould attach great importance to the educational function of national scholarship,and combined with the personnel training program,through the evaluation rules improvement of the national scholarships,give full play to the role of guidance and incentive,so as to enhancethe comprehensive quality of the undergraduates.
