摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展以及市场经济需求的不断扩大,我国的房地产行业也不断的发展壮大起来。其中,房地产估价行业作为房地产行业的重要组成部分,其服务的业务范围也越来越广。而诚信作为中华民族的传统美德之一,任何的服务行业都应该秉承着诚信至上的原则更好的为自己的客户服务,房地产估价行业更应该如此,本文就目前我国房地产估价行业的发展现状以及行业信用体系的相关内容展开研究,希望能对房地产行业的相关人员给予一定的参考和帮助。With the rapid development of China's economy and the expanding demand of market economy,China's real estate industry is also growing.Among them,as an important part of the real estate industry,the business services scope of the real estate valuation industry is wider and wider.Credibility and integrity is one of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,every service industry should uphold the principle of good faith to better serve their customers,especially the real estate valuation industry.This paper researches the current status of the development of China's real estate valuation industry as well as the relevant content of the industry credit system to provide some reference and help for the real estate industry.
