摘　　要：随着对外教育的进一步发展,越南留学生人数不断增多,由于传统习惯、社会风俗和教育的不同,越南留学生在跨文化适应方面存在一定的困难。本文以在云南中医学院的越南留学生为对象进行跨文化适应状况研究,从文化适应状况、社会文化生活、对学校的评价及学习收获等的跨文化适应问题,并提出相应的管理对策。With the further development of foreign education,the number of Vietnamese students is increasing.Due to the different traditional and social customs and education,Vietnamese students have some difficulties in cross-cultural adaptation.This paper takes the Vietnamese students in Yunnan University of TCM as the object of cross-cultural adaptation to research the cultural adaptation,social and cultural life,the evaluation of the school and other cross-cultural adaptation problems and put forward the corresponding management countermeasures.
